• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM

• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS IF YOU FAIL TO MAINTAIN BACKUPS

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold JK Softwares harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of any law or third-party rights
• Your use of our services

11. Termination

11.1 By Either Party

Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice as specified in the service agreement.

Upon termination:
